Words can't express the admiration I have for not only Dean Funeral Home, but Mr. Keith and Mrs. Ann. At a time when we were lost and vulnerable they provided us not only with impeccable customer service but made us feel like family. My mother was able to be brought from Louisiana and buried here at home in Mississippi. She looked simply beautiful !!!!

On today 10/21/22 will mark one month of my baby brother of 53 yrs. transition. After fighting multiple illnesses. I give praises to Mr. Keith Dean/ Mrs. Ann Dean/ and the professional staff at Dean Memorial I learned that my brother had made peace with God and was okay with his end of life. This journey with my brother was not easy, but he told me he was a fighter, he faught as long as he could. Keith help made a hard/difficult decision (calmer). When I pulled into the funeral home parking lot of the funeral home, I was scared/ nervous/confused as preparation began for my brother service. God reminded me of the conversation Keith had with me as I travel on a 10 hour drive to Mississippi. Keith called me and said "I HAVE YOUR BROTHER, I WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIM"Personally Keith, his family & my family have grown up with one another in the church our whole lives. So I was more than comfortable with my brother being in very capable hands. Again thank you DEAN MEMORIAL for your service.

Dean Memorial Funeral Home is beyond any other funeral establishment in the Rankin County. The professionalism of the staff members and the compassion showed during the worst time of our lives is remarkable. I don't know any of the staff personally, nor do I know the owner adequately. From the amazing treatment we received, though, I can proudly say I'm eternally grateful for the support and compensation bestowed upon my family during our time of emotional grieving. I will not forget the staff members who stood out the most at the time of arrangements, you are happily greeted by a kind receptionist and many other support staff are available there. Lastly, the affordability of the service provided is outstanding, they do not take advantage of you with high prices and other rip-offs that other local funeral homes tend to use to their advantage. I can assure you, my business will always go to this funeral home.

Impeccable work. My father-in-law's family and a few close friends have used the facilities here for years. They recently laid out my mother-in-law and she looks amazing. Their pricing is comparable to other funeral homes - as with any funeral remember you must pay up front but the staff here is so accommodating. Mr. Dean and the ladies in the front office do a great job making their clients comfortable and explaining the experience clearly. Highly recommend this business when needing to consider final preparations for your loved one.
