Mr. LeFredrick Demond Taylor

LeFredrick Demond Taylor was born in Jackson, Mississippi on May 12, 1977, to Eddie Charles Taylor and Janice McKee. At the tender age of two months old, LeFredrick was raised by his paternal grandparents, the late Reverend Samuel E. Taylor, and the late Mother Clara Mae Taylor, who later adopted him at the age of six years old. and Nathan Taylor. Also preceding him in death were his grandparents; Bill Gutherine McKee; two brothers, Samuel E. Taylor, Jr. He attended Holy Family Catholic School, Clausell Elementary School, Hardy Middle School, and Wingfield High School where he played tuba and drums in the band. Frederick grew up in a Christian family home where he was surrounded by preaching, singing and playing musical instruments. At the age of three, his father recognized his gift and bought his first drum set. He started plying drums beside his father at many churches. At an early age, he joined Lee's Chapel M.B. Church. Then history was in the making, he was blessed with many talents, gifted with singing, playing piano, lead guitar, bass guitar, organ, synthesizer, and drums. He won many school talent shows, started the Rankin County Mass Choir, traveling playing professionally with Gospel Shining Stars at the age of twelve. He recorded his first song, "Open Our Eyes" with the Gospel Shining Stars in 2010. He traveled with his grandfather and father playing for churches such as Lone Pine M. B. Church (Lena, MS), Lee's Chapel M. B. Church (Sandhill, MS, Union M. B Church (Scooba, MS), St Luther M. B, Church (Jackson, MS) and Greater Mount Olive M.B. Church (Jackson, MS) in 1996 just to name a few. On December 15, 2007, LeFredrick married the love of his life, Teneasha Vance. To this union, God blessed them with two beautiful children, Jaylen Demond Taylor and Aria Madelyn Grace Taylor. He loved his wife lee, passionately. He enjoyed creating memories with her and his family. LeFredrick was a devoted father. He represented every word in the saying, "Follow me as I follow Christ." He showed his children how to go to God in prayer and give Him praise for all things. He effectively and effortlessly modeled devotion to family. LeFredrick was a model for whoever entered his space. He shared nuggets of wisdom consistently. He devoted his time to teaching those who wanted to learn from him in anyway he could while allowing God to lead in the process. LeFredrick was a friend. He was beyond dependable and dedicated. He was a pillar to those he was close to. He was the glue that held everyone together. His life's work as a professional musician audio engineer, CDL Driver, and Bus Driver influenced him to start his own business. Design Sound and Production was created to customize audio and visual needs to church-es, live events, and recordings. He wanted something that could remain relevant and passed down to his children. Fredrick began a journey with Wiley Spence Lodge #704 in Jackson, Mississippi. He supported community activities and found a brotherhood for life. Forever cherishing his memories is loving and devoted wife, Teneasha Taylor; one son Jaylen Taylor; one daughter, Aria Taylor; mother Janet Smothers of California; father, Eddie Tylor (Kathy); mother-in-law, Earestine Vance; Grandparents John and Virginia Patrick of Forest, Mississippi; two brothers; Adrian Rankin Sr. (April) of Port Gipson, Mississippi, Julian Slocum (Chrisenda) of Texas, two sisters, Kim McKee of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, Lushana McKee-Turner (Darnell) of Las Vegas, NV, Brandon Graham of Jackson of Jackson, MS, raised as siblings; Audwin Charles Taylor (Lorraine), Terry, Mississippi, Phyllis Jennings (Hellenthal) of Saraland, Alabama; a godchild, Cadyance Banks f Nashville, Tennessee and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews
