Mr. John Wallace Michael

September 16, 1969 - January 24, 2020

John Wallace (Johnny Cool) Michael was born on September 16, 1969 Mary Michael and Dewey Porter. He is preceded in death by two brothers, O.C. Michael, Billy Ray Buckhaulter and Grandmother Hattie Bell Hobson. John Wallace grew up in Rankin County. He attended Richland High School in his early years. He was employed at Guaranteed Roofing for over 20 years. John Michael confessed his belief in Christ on May 1, 2016. He was then baptized at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church on May 22, 2016 by Pastor Cleve Havard. Everyone loved his personality, his enormous smile and his way of making jokes out of real life stories. He was the life of any party. He loved fishing and helping others that needed help. His smile would brighten up any rainy day. He was very outgoing and sweet but also outspoken. He didn't mind telling you exactly what was on his mind. John Wallace was blessed with one son Jaborius (Ashley) Alexander and three grandchildren, Serenity, Melody Ava, and Daniel who he loved and cherished. He leaves to cherish precious memories his mother, Mary Michael (James) of Braxton, Ms; Lizzie Myers (Billy) of Pearl, Ms.; father, Dewey Porter of Braxton, Ms; Sisters, Mary Williams (Jerry) of Richland, Ms; Linda Taylor (Fred) and Janet Michael both from Braxton, Ms. Tarsha Hobson and Laquita Garner (Gerald) both from Jackson, Ms; Shemekia Myers of Pearl, Ms; brothers, Otis Michael (Sandra) of Braxton, Ms; Joe Michael (Chelle) from Minneapolis, Minnesota; Eddie Porter (Addie) of Richland, Ms; Stanley Porter (Doris) of Richland, Ms; Ricky Porter of Star, Ms and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
