Eubanks was born July 28, 1956, to Mr. James E. Eubanks and Mrs. Deloise S. Eubanks, whom both preceded him in death. Johnny attended Central High School in Jackson, MS and graduated from Carroll High School in Ozark, Alabama. He joined the U.S. Army after high school and later returned to Jackson to continue working with the federal government until his illness. Johnny was the first of six children, of which three siblings, Money Eubanks, Sharon Denise Eubanks, Frederick Farmer, and one son, Joshua Maurice Eubanks, preceded him in death. Johnny passed away peacefully on Monday, November 15, 2021 at University of Mississippi Medial Center in Jackson, MS. He was surrounded by his family. He was loved by many. He will truly be missed by his devoted and loving wife of 34 years, Loubertha W. Eubanks; Step-mother, Elma L. Eubanks of Chicago, IL; Three sons: Derrick "DT" (Khalilah) Eubanks of Powder Springs, GA, Fredreca L. Williams of Farmers Branch, TX, and Damion (Keisha Delaware) Wilson of Irving, TX.; Six grandchildren: Quentin Eubanks, Caleb Eubanks, Jairen Williams, Jenesis Williams, Jeniah Williams and Jaxcen Williams; and Daughter in Law: Adrenace (Shae) Williams of Clinton, MS. Five sisters: Catherine (Dave) Blockmon, Sharon Smith, Cynthia (Johnnie) Smith, Maxine Harris, all of Jackson, MS and Mercedes Onuchukwu of Ellisville, MS. Three brothers: James (Brenda) Eubanks of Clinton, MS, Randall Freeman and Sherman Henderson of Jackson, MS. Two brothers-in-law: Michael (Jennifer) Williams and J.D. Hill of Kansas City, MO. Seven sisters-in-law: Mozella Smith and Deloris Harris of Byram, MS, Wanda Williams of Kansas City, MO, Diane Esco and Mary (Fred) Manning of Canton, MS, Angela (Joseph) Miller of Madison, MS and Tracey Snow of Gluckstadt, MS. One aunt: Rosie Eubanks of Atlanta, GA. A special friend, Wendall (Ellen) Crawford and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, special neighbors, and friends.
