Ms Kristy Johnell Bowens

Kristy Johnell Bowens was born on July 16, 1976. She passed away on Friday, February, April 15, 2022 at Christs Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. Preceding her in death was her parents, John Bowens (2000), Linda Bowens-Deal (2016) and Bonus Dad Richard Deal. Sr. (2017), niece Gina Stevenson of Corpus Christi, Texas (2020) and bonus nephew Gregory Kirk, Jr. Houston, Texas (2021). In 1994 not only did Kristy graduate from Murrah High School in Jackson, MS, she was baptized as one of Jehovah Witnesses on December 31, 1994. In 1998 she bore a bubbling baby boy named Kristopher D'Jon. In 2004 she decided to take her handsome son and join her mom and bonus family "The Deals" in Alexandria, La. She worked at Sears, Chic-Fil-A and then became apart of the AutoZone family where she was recently promoted to "Hub Specialist." She loved her son, grandson, BBT/Deal Family, cooking (like her mommy), shoes, shopping, traveling basketball (Boston Celtics) and spending time with her family and friends. She always spoke about being gifted with her "/Mama Hands" and her customers and family agreed. "MissLou Creations" was here home based business where she prepared/catered delicious plates, dinners, desserts and of course that "Krack Kake!" She will truly be missed by all. She leaves behind her incredible son, Kristopher D'Jon Bowens and adorable grandson, Zyron A. Bowens.
